Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4271

A BILL to amend and reenact §29-22A-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §29-25-22 and §29-25-22b of said code, all relating to limiting recoupment from the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2016; reducing the amount transferred to the Licensed Racetrack Modernization Fund for fiscal years beginning July 1, 2016, through fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, and transferring the excess to the General Revenue Fund;  transferring funds remaining in the Historic Resort Hotel Modernization Fund to the General Revenue Fund of the state during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016; and closing the Historic Resort Hotel Modernization Fund.
